The COVID-19 pandemic may have forced courts to impose tight limits on in-person proceedings, but judges are demonstrating how to continue providing access to justice by conducting many types of hearings remotely.
This webinar is to answer many of your questions about remote hearings. Panelists are one district judge and two municipal judges whose courts are conducting remote hearings now. They are joined by Kelly O'Brien and Lisa Taylor from OJA, who will talk about remote hearing technology and public and media access.
The webinar is approved for 1.5 CLE/CJE credit hours.
